bb1111 may request an identity document or other supporting documents for age verification at any time. bb1111 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if the required documents are not provided.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any funds held.

  • Date of birth (accurate and verifiable)
  • Active mobile number and email address
  • Valid payment method details

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one bb1111 account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, this will be treated as bonus fraud and all accounts will be closed immediately.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bb1111 is ৳300. This limit is the same for all payment methods. The payment methods we support:

Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount on bb1111 is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will always be sent back to the payment account used for the deposit.

Withdrawal conditions: The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. If the wagering on a bonus has not been completed, only the original deposited amount is eligible for withdrawal.

Withdrawals may be delayed on accounts that are undergoing verification or are under investigation under these Terms. In such cases, the bb1111 support team will notify you.

4.3 Financial Liability

The mobile banking operator's own fees or charges for payment processing may apply and are the responsibility of the user. bb1111 is not liable for any third-party charges of this nature.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 150% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳8,000 and get a bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳13,000

The welcome bonus can be received once per account. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A specified wagering condition must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,500 bonus means a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.3 Other Promotions
